I am a former Accenture consultant who moved into independent consulting, working for Investment Banks leading large scale regulatory change projects impacting Markets – Dodd Frank, EMIR, MiFID II – specialising in Swap Dealer rules, Investor Protection.

 

I have dealt effectively with complexity in large organisations – in terms of process and systems, as well as culture and people. I have seen disconnect, dysfunction, and force-based action. Yet I have learned the power of internal harmony to create its external reflection across the projects that I work on.

 

Personally, I was the “smart kid” at school, got a place at Oxford University, and was seemingly successful. However, my overthinking and self-critique led to difficulty in personal relationships, and a self-limitation in my personal power.

 

Over the years, I have taken concrete steps to move from being overly reliant on my mind and thinking which was at the  expense of right relationships and internal peace, to being someone who seeks harmony internally and externally first, and from there chooses the next step from the wisdom that arises within. I have moved from the false refuge of control and analytic thought, to a place of trust and allowing of Life. It’s a journey many would benefit from taking.

 

As my journey in life has progressed, I have sought to honour the desires I have to contribute, to build value, to support harmony and freedom for others. I have built my independent consulting business in financial services to success. I built an Amazon FBA business, selling coffee accessories in the USA. Even though this no longer trades, I followed my desire, utilised my creativity and enjoyed the challenge.

 

Since 2021, I have also provided coaching services, supporting businesses and individuals to recognise disharmony they experience, release it, move to a place of harmony and ease, and build success from the wisdom they experience there.
